Chef Alan Fryer

I am an 55 year old Executive Chef with over 36 years of experience. My love for food started at a tender age and I've been in a kitchen for as long as I can remember.After completting my studies in the culinary arts in 1977, I began working in numerous restaurants in and around the UK. This is where my true education in cusine began. The experince of working in a 2 star Michelin Restaurant as well as working in and owning numerous top 100 rated South African restaurants has helped shape my signature dishes and culinary profile. It is this wealth of knowledge and experince that I love bringing to your table.
